Code of conduct

Jabberhood exists so caregivers can feel less alone and more supported. To make that work, every member agrees to:

  1. Confidentiality first.

What's said in Jabberhood stays in Jabberhood. Don't screenshot or share posts outside the community without explicit permission.

  2. Keep pitches in #offers-and-services.

General channels and the forum are for connection and support — not sales. If you offer caregiving products, services, or tools (including our own care coordination app), share them in the dedicated #offers-and-services channel or the Resource Library. No MLMs, no cold DMs to recruit clients.

  3. Respect, even when you disagree.

Care choices are personal. Offer your experience; don't tell others what they should do.

  4. No medical or legal advice.

Share what worked for you. Tell people to talk to a professional for the rest.

  5. Protect the people you care for.

Don't post identifying details about care recipients without their consent.

  6. Report anything that feels off.

Use the report button. Admins will look. Repeated violations end membership.
